Moultrie GA Speeding Ticket Attorney Hayden Willis

Welcome to our law firm's website—my name is Hayden Willis.

I help people with their problems so they can focus on what matters most–getting back to work and spending time with their families. I grew up, played sports, enjoyed the outdoors, went to school, and met my wife in Moultrie, Georgia.

Professionally, I’m admitted to practice in all Georgia and Louisiana state courts as well as in the federal court for the Middle District of Georgia. I am a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Louisiana State Bar, and the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

When I started my own law practice, I knew there were many things clients expected from their attorneys, but were not necessarily getting. For that reason, I made a commitment to find new and better solutions based on each individual’s need. I understand that the results we achieve will have a lasting impact on my client’s life. I’m a believer in direct contact with the client, and for that reason I make the time to meet with you when it is most convenient for your schedule. As always, I appreciate your testimonials.

We solve problems

Over the last ten years, I have practiced in courtrooms all over South Georgia handling complex litigation matters. I particularly enjoy helping children and young adults who have run off course for the first time. That’s why I joined the Family Law and Child Protection and Advocacy Sections of the Georgia State Bar.

I graduated from Oglethorpe University in Atlanta where I was a member of the student senate and the honor council. I’ve worked on and advised successful campaigns and initiatives all over the Southeastern United States. I’ve been an adjunct professor of political science at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College where my wife, Jena, works. We are raising our children, Merritt and Tristan, in the community where we both grew up. They bring us so much joy and happiness.

I attended law school at the LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center (Geaux Tigahs!) where I learned to eat crawfish, studied abroad in Lyon, joined the Student Bar Association’s Executive Board, became a staff writer for the law student newspaper, The Civilian, and Vice President of the Federalist Society. In 2010, I moved back to Georgia to open my law practice and recently hired an assistant, Lisandra, to help run the office.

Lisandra Exposito (pictured left) is a native of Cuba. She is a 2011 Colquitt County High School graduate who went on to earn two diplomas from SRTC in Business Administration. Lisandra has worked with our firm for three years. She speaks Spanish fluently and enjoys assisting our Hispanic clients. “Se habla español.

Our firm’s goal is to help clients fight for and win back their liberty interests. I’m a sustaining member of the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. In my spare time, I enjoy teaching the kids to say “Go Pack Go!”, pushing a stroller on the walking trail, playing golf with the dewsweepers, listening to music and grilling on the back porch, pretending to be a foodie, and watching Jena update her Instagram.

"I got pulled over doing 85 in 70 in Georgia. I live in Florida and I got a driver exercise due care at the time. I was confused because it said I would have to appear back in court, but Hayden got it dropped down to a lower charge and saved me from getting points on my license and saved me a lot of money!!! He was quick to respond to any questions I had. I definitely recommend this lawyer!"
